ARE YOUR MEALS FRESH OR FROZEN?

All meals are prepared fresh the day before or the day of delivery. All you have to do is refrigerate the meals and reheat them whenever you're ready to eat.

HOW LONG WILL THE FOOD LAST?

We recommend that you refrigerate your meals and snacks as soon as you receive them and keep your fridge temperature between 33-38 degrees fahrenheit. The meals should last you 5-7 days in the refrigerator. Feel free to freeze your meal for prolonged freshness. Frozen meals can last up to 1 month in the freezer.

HOW DO I REHEAT THE MEALS?

If you choose to freeze the meals, frozen meals take longer to preheat. The best option for reheating frozen meals is to empty the contents of your meal container into an oven-safe baking tray and reheat in an oven. You may also reheat in the microwave in our microwave safe containers

WHERE CAN I FIND THE NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION FOR YOUR MEALS?

You can find the weight for protein and carbs for your meal size in the menu section. All meals are prepared with healthy fats, typically olive oil (unless otherwise noted). Fried treats are cooked in vegetable oil.

No msg or preservatives are used for any of our meals. Dishes are flavored with fresh herbs, sea salt and our own house mixed seasoning blends. We are devoted to eating well and staying well, we use only organic produce and fresh farm meats.

DO YOU HAVE ALLERGEN INFORMATION FOR EACH MEAL?

The following allergens will be highlighted in red in the menu section along with the specific dish:               NUTS, EGGS, SHELLFISH, FISH

Please notify us directly regarding any other allergy concerns.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR MEATS FROM?

Our meats are sourced from Blood Farms, and other local farms in the area are sourced as needed. Produce is organic and sourced locally (farms and supermarkets). Seafood is NOT from a farm and sourced from a trusted, small, family owned restaurant supply co.
